New Cards

I made some Thank You cards to use for my birthday thank yous! If anybody sees these before you get them, oh well! For the thank you words, I used the colorbox ink to get the variety of colors. For the non-worded cards, I used copic markers and pretended to be in 2nd grade again - although I mostly stayed in the lines!

Calendar Pages - March & April

Slowly but surely, I'm getting calendar pages done. Here are the pages for March and April. I did complete March in time to hang it! I just completed April's page today. If you're unsure, the April page is the one with the rain and umbrellas!

On a different note -- IRW has shut it's doors. Apparently, they are another victim of the poor economy. Xyron will still be around, and we can still get their machines (Wishblade, Design Runner, etc.) and adhesives. I will be working as an Independent Scrapbook Consultant for Memory Works now. You can check out my Memory Works webpage at http://judyjohnson.memory-works.com.

Pink Fun!

A few weeks ago I took a class at Angela's Happy Stamper with Claudine Hellmuth.  She is a trained fine artist who found her fun side (and promptly irritated all those hoighty toighty art teachers). She has her own line of products and taught us how to use them with the project you see below! Big time fun! Since I'm not a pink person, this is going on Susie's bathroom wall!

March Calendar Page -- Finally!

I finally finished the March page for my Heidi Swapp 2009 calendar. I need to get a move on and finish April next! The pictures came from a walk we took one Sunday in February - it was pretending to be spring a little bit early!

On a different note, IRW is closing down; yet another casualty of the economic troubles. I will be a consultant for Memory Works in the future. My website will by judyjohnson.memory-works.com (when I get it set up!). Check it out!
